    Hi Michael,

I am sorry to say its not going to work out for me being a member of hte club. I realise you are a fairly new club, but there just isnt enough going on, and the fact i didnt recieve a single reply to my message only signifies to me that the membership hasnt connected yet.  Thank you very much for giving me the chance to be part of the club and i wish you and all your members the best for the future,

Hope to catch up with you again in the future,

    Colin

Colin, you were only a member a couple of days. I'm not sure which message you're referring to, and it doesn't really matter. Have you put a time limit on when people are online to respond to you?  I doubt if any country club revolves around a single player.

I take your point about  "not enough going on", but apparently, the lack of social interaction among players is common in clubs. I only know that from the feedback I get from other owners and what I read in the forums.  I'm only guessing that most players do their talking during games.

Then you mention that I'm on my own. I would have respect for your opinions if you had said something like:  Would you like any help in building the club while I'm here?  Or maybe even throw in a few suggestions.

You see it's easy to criticize and point out problems, it's harder to try and do something about them. It's a bit galling coming from you, especially in that you were looking for 'support' in your last club.  I'm not surprised that you didn't get it.  My gut instinct was saying no, but I take people on face value and trust. I made a mistake accepting you into our club.

The club was good enough for you to walk away with over 500 credits (and possibly more on the way) in our first big tournament.

Even a fool would see how disingenuous you are, as in lacking sincerity.

Spot the insult? There isn't any.

                                                               *******************************

Above is my one response to his three or four messages.

If he had stuck it out for a few more days and then left without entering the credit tournaments, yeah I can understand that. But from where I see it, he made up his mind, weighed up the opposition and went in for a quick few hundred credits killing before leaving. Not a bad two days work.  Pathetic!!

By the way, it was only a couple of hours since he posted 'the message' when he decided to moan about no reply.

I don't want a friend to be made an idiot of by a *** stirrer. He got upset in The *************** Club because someone *called him arrogant in public, and even more upset when the club owner wouldn't support him.  Surprise surprise.

    (*his side of the story)

So Colin, if you're out there,  HE'S BEHIND YOU.

May  the wind always be up your A-R-S-E!!

Smile folks, it's only a game.

If this^ was a private interaction between yourself and another member, IMO... it's extremely bad form to make it public in this manner.

In the interests of warning other country club owners, I think it's extremely good form to let others know the type of cretins we club owners have to deal with.

You will notice if you loook again, that I didn't identify (call out) the player in question.

I thinks it's in even extremely better form if you get all the information before making a silly statement on a public forum.

This past week on WGT has done marvelous things for my English grammar.

I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying.

    I agree with CerinoDevito

You have other ways to get a hold of other country club owners

^^^^^^ and if this is you calling out CerinoDevtio or any other person for that matter, for not having all of the information, you must ask yourself why we have any of the information at all.

Don't come on here and air dirty laundry.

There are better ways to go about doing things

And I for one feel that if you want to go on bashing others in a public forum hope someone stands up and tell the other side of the story.  Since you thought you needed to make a private matter a public matter.

Then, I hope you feel happy for yourself!

If you don't like dirty laundry, then don't go near it. The WGT moderators have a job, they will let me know if and when they see fit.

This wgt member needs to be thought a lesson, the stuff I'm hearing about him is disgusting. He's an arrogant liar, hypocrite and a fool.  If he thinks he's a sportsman, he doesn't know the meaning of sport.

    He remains anonymous.

...and, the only reason 'my sneaky friend' kept this private is simple.

What snake wants to show their true colours in public?

Me too Chuddly. What do you like about it?

I like it because it helps keep down correspondence from others when I'm busy doing club work or competition work elsewhere in the forums.

This issue with the creep is almost finished.  When I get a satisfactory outcome, I'll send you the results, seeing that you're so interested. Would you like to see the results here or on your profile, or, I can give you an exclusive by private message?

I'm delighted you've taken such an interest in this.

No doubt your well thought out action in this matter will do nothing but attract greater membership to your CC. ;)

I try to run a fair and sporting club. If you knew the full story of the above you would understand more.  WGT are well aware of it.

I'm letting off steam, my blood has been at boiling point all day.
