I have yet to see a response from WGT on this persistent issue, is anyone else out there aware of one?

Today on the 5th at Kiawah I hit my 1st shot slightly long to the fringe. I was left with 18 feet with a 7 inch drop to the hole, on championship greens. My options, hit a 6 yard chip shot @ circa 50% or putt. I really should know better by now but the chip shot really didn't appeal as it would no doubts have ran 15 feet past. Stupid head here opts for the putt and whiffed if an inch.

As I have said in the past, even were you to try and putt a ball 1 inch you'd never manage it. This quirk in the game really leaves you with no shot in many places across all courses. It is ridiculous and needs to be addressed.

It would be nice to know what the thoughts of WGT are on the matter?
