    I have found that as I have advanced through the tiers the qualifying scores to reduce my average score have got lower. However as it stands I now need to shoot -6 on a 9 hole round to reduce my average score and then only by 0.02.Does this process continue or is there a point where it stops and if so what is that?

    I am a tour master with an average score of 61.2

    If you score less than your average then it goes down. It's the same at all tiers. Your average resets when you move up.

    If your Ave has stopped going up...  then promotion to Legend is 61.00

    I suggest you play a match game scored against a legend. If you win that match you become legend too. It worked for me.
