Rightfully agree......I have same ethics and courtesy when I play this game as if it was a "real" game of golf.
I usually start the game saying "have a good game" and if I receive no reply I will continue to play without any chatting unless the playing plays a good shot or makes a birdie. If no reply continues, that's the end of communication during the course of the game for me. Clearly the guy does not want to chat. I find it rude but I am happy to let it go.
The games I enjoy the most are the ones that involve chatting. One often plays people from different cultures and religions who reside in different countries and we choose to keep quiet when playing such people.....I find that very strange.
I don't think WGT will do much about players who are rude who also happen to fund this game and their pockets.
I'm black who plays with a black avatar and I've been racially abused on here for no apparent reason on a number of occasions, one instance as recently as last week. I'm one to just ignore those occurrences if I know that nothing will happen if these offenders are reported.
I've come to realize that as long as WGT are making money from the very people we are talking about, nothing will get done about it.
What I find enjoyable about this game is when I live up to my name when challenging these people.
