    alanti:

Whilst I agree that some of the suggestions in this thread would help, I feel the only way to really improve these events is to bury it as deep as you can.

Then use some of the respected forum players to offer advice and work as a team to deliver a new fresh concept.

Only when the event is fair to all clubs and based on skill rather than buying a win, will you rejuvenate most clubs and players willingness to play. Then reward the CC's by having something tangible (like credits for a bank feature) rather than the lame ill thought prizes that currently are the so called carrots.

The original concept was along the right lines, just thought out by a first graders intellect. Add to that the unwillingness to listen to complaints, you have a lemon that will never taste sweet.

Perhaps a rethink on CC levels could help to, as that is a road to no-where.

As if WFT reads the forums and all the complaints about things.

would be nice if they paid attention to the people that PAY their salary.  Pick a thread and you will not find just one complaint.  Always page after page after page.  Dozens at least.  Just my take on this.

I don't think they'll change anything about them until enough people stop playing them.

I don't know if you have noticed . But the popularity has risen probably 2 or 3 fold . In the last 3 CLASHES .

It appears many are giving in rather than banning it .

You say Clash popularity has risen probably 2 or 3 fold in the last month?  2x or 3x increase in just 3 clashes, that's a huge increase!  (Not to be confused with THAT'S A HUGE DRIVE!)

But that goes against all the negativity about Clashes posted in the forum..  How did ya figure that 2X or 3X increase?  Please share how you got that..

Tiered approach makes sense.  If players can be tiered for individual competition then why not clubs as well?

Our club doesn't even bother with Clashes any more.  There's no point.
