    1. Matching Club size

Still be about who buys passes so still nonsense.

My guess is WGT would have instigate did they could, but assume tech hitches stop it.

No actually the problem with that is that many smaller clubs are loaded with top Top players who are TL or champion.

4 of the top 5 clubs in earnings have less than 75 members.

Thanks for the real positive feedback.

Yeah, sorry about that, it's these clashes, even the mention of them cranks my sarcasm and cynicism up to 100%.

Here's my serious suggestion to WGT -

Kind of the point B2B........Take a small club loaded with good players, and another small club loaded with newly found clash ready T pros.  Who is likely to "win" ?  In this the club who will spend the most on passes (if they choose to go for that and some do)..utter rubbish of course but is what it is.  Basically any way you cut it it's daft as the idea is so flawed at such a base level......Well flawed for the player but their choice to spend for nothing........

Think it through though.  Most high earning top loaded smaller clubs would not touch this as zero competition.  Thus smaller T pro clash clubs would get to outbid each other.  How many is the ? but WGT IMO would try it to see if they could OR maybe happy to not rock the boat anyway.....discussing rubbish any which way of course.

As for the OP wanting positive ideas the problem is there have been literally 100s of pages with ideas better than this junk.  I guess the fact this is all they offer is the most ghouling.  If they offered actual competition elsewhere this daftness would just be a curios study of how the few will donate to WGT for nothing in return.

    Hi everyone

I will continue to tell my idea:

    1) only take best 10 score each club

    2) After 1st round do play winner against winner

    3) single mode would be more fine

    4) 5 rounds would be ideal

I played this mode in site of billiards(pool9 and pool8) and it works well

This is just what I think

    bye

Want to improve the Clashes?   Just stop having them LOL.  Maybe do away with the passes to play all together.  I'm sure WGT would make up for lost money on buying of passes just from the possible increase of participants and premium ball usage.

I sort of enjoyed the one clash weekend I participated but was only using the free pass every 4 hours and the free ball and or one of the many random golf balls from my inventory.  So it didn't really cost me anything and was fun trying to compete for my club.

But I don't see them changing in any way anytime soon because of the amount of people that pay them,   I mean play them.   So I will continue to just sit out and laugh at all of the forum conversations regarding the same club winning them every time.  LOL

    Carry on.

    1) Points should be awarded for Birdies, Eagles and Double Eagles only.

    2) The points that are awarded for most points earned and lowest scorer should be doubled.

    3) Prizes should be worth winning like credits or balls. Winning a free pass is not winning.

    4) Only the best 50 scores should count. There needs to be more reward for better scores.

    5) Once a month is plenty.

Whilst I agree that some of the suggestions in this thread would help, I feel the only way to really improve these events is to bury it as deep as you can.

Then use some of the respected forum players to offer advice and work as a team to deliver a new fresh concept.

Only when the event is fair to all clubs and based on skill rather than buying a win, will you rejuvenate most clubs and players willingness to play. Then reward the CC's by having something tangible (like credits for a bank feature) rather than the lame ill thought prizes that currently are the so called carrots.

The original concept was along the right lines, just thought out by a first graders intellect. Add to that the unwillingness to listen to complaints, you have a lemon that will never taste sweet.

Perhaps a rethink on CC levels could help to, as that is a road to no-where.
