    Corwyn:
A sleeve (sent by WGT) goes to each of the top 5 verified finishers on the final leaderboard (i.e. those who provided club proof for both rounds). They are: fmagnets, CorwynBunkerBuzzer, buey1950 and tied 5th: StrollinAlong, ColumbusStorm, OleFernando.

    Max pro+ Thank you.

    Corwyn:
    1) Highest overall % of GIR  (tiebreaker: Ave Distance to Pin)    SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNERS: BunkerBuzzer, fmagnets, StrollinAlong all tied with 28 greens hit in regulation (spreadsheet rounding up shows fractionally different results of 77.5-78%). Because their Ave. Distance to the Pin totals were also unbelievably close (separated by 0.25ft) I am going to award all 3 a sleeve!

Very generous Corwyn, Thanks for the invite and organizing. Thanks to all sponsors.

Max meter pro blacks again please.

Busy week, finally time to paste and post. Could never get anything going at Whistler, but fun to play. Thanks to all.

    Corwyn:
    3) Greatest overall total distance made putts      SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER:  HIOSoon with 178.05 is the front-runner (I confess I'm sponsoring this prize in part to reward Paul for truly toughing-it-out after posting a 9 on the card in R1!)

ha, who said perseverance doesnt pay off Lol

max pro plz Corwyn, tho i feel guilty gettin a prize for a round i enjoyed s'much

    Corwyn:

    4) Longest putt made      SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER: AdamK70 is the front-runner with a 35.4ft effort in R2

If my putt is still ahead after all cards are posted, then its level 33 Callaway Chrome for me please.

Thanks again Corwyn for all your efforts in pulling this together each month, easily the most enjoyable/frustrating event.

    fmagnets:
Corwyn, as you and I are swapping sleeves we can call it quits

Calling it quits makes perfect sense, Mags!

    Corwyn:
You have until midnight Sunday 1/24 to submit any late cards/screenshots and/or correct errors on the sheets.

The midnight Sunday deadline has now passed, with just Zayante adding a submission for the spreadsheet, which has been duly added but had no effect on the Stats prizes.

Thus, here is the formal wrap-up for TIO @ Whistler tourney:

    Leaderboard (link):

It's fitting that our top 5 finishing leaderboard prize-winners were the only players to shoot par or better, in what turned out to be a slightly easier TIO set-up than in the past. I was fearful of setting too fast green speeds on these crazy greens but perhaps that made it too easy, lol!

    -----------------------

    LEADERBOARD PRIZES:

A sleeve (sent by WGT) goes to each of the top 5 verified finishers on the final leaderboard (i.e. those who provided club proof for both rounds). They are: fmagnets, CorwynBunkerBuzzer, buey1950 and tied 5th: StrollinAlong, ColumbusStorm, OleFernando.

    SPECIAL PRIZES:

Here is a pic of the final standings for these prizes: right-click on the image to enlarge, and keep clicking until you get largest view

Note I've added a highlight in yellow on the box where that player won that category, and highlights in blue if they were next in the standings.

    --------------------------------------------

These were the sponsored prizes. The winners are noted below and their results are shown in the Stats Spreadsheet for the tourney:

    1) Highest overall % of GIR  (tiebreaker: Ave Distance to Pin)    SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNERS: BunkerBuzzer, fmagnets, StrollinAlong all tied with 28 greens hit in regulation (spreadsheet rounding up shows fractionally different results of 77.5-78%). Because their Ave. Distance to the Pin totals were also unbelievably close (separated by 0.25ft) I am going to award all 3 a sleeve!

    2) Closest Ave. Distance to the Hole              SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER: DaniUnchained is the winner with 12.8ft and is probably uncatchable.

    8) Most 1-Putt Saves (as determined by scorecard)   SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER: razza31 is the winner with 8 (including a stunning 6 in R2)

    7) Most Number of Birdies or Better    SPONSORED: fmagnets   WINNER: Corwyn is the winner with 11, just edging out five players with 10 (fmagnets, BunkerBuzzer, buey1950, StrolinAlong, DaniUnchained)

I am also going to add bonus sleeves for our regular putting prizes which did not get sponsors earlier:

    3) Greatest overall total distance made putts      SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER:  HIOSoon with 178.05 is the winner (I confess I'm sponsoring this prize in part to reward Paul for truly toughing-it-out after posting a 9 on the card in R1!)

    4) Longest putt made      SPONSORED: Corwyn   WINNER: AdamK70 is the winner with a 35.4ft effort in R2

Other notable achievements from Stats sheet:

Scrambling (via the Stats tab figure): mmyers0 topped this category, with an 54.5% total.

Least Number of Bogies: Not surprisingly our winner fmagnets had the least bogies with 4 (this is typically the stat that corresponds with winning each event... take note!).

    Least # of Putts: was buey1950 with a very impressive 55 (30/25).

No 3-Putts: No fewer than 3 players avoided a 3-putt on the tricky Whistler greens, fmagnets, Corwyn, and buey1950.

    -----------------------
