    Nice rounds StrollinAlong and Mags!

@Mags: Heaven help the rest of us if you're now going to "properly consider" every shot, lol.

Once again, you've posted a super clubhouse total for the challengers to target, but it'll take quite the effort to catch you.

I agree that the TruGolf courses are excellent for these events. I just wish there had been some opportunity to practice UEL on them. It's hard to learn the course management skills needed otherwise! And as for those darn greens... !!!

Really . . . from the longer tees did not expected anyone to break 70. Is 2nd place still available?

Too bad. I just noticed this rule of verifying my clubs! I thought i wouldn't be able to tee off if i don't modify clubs accordingly.

Other than disappointment of being not eligible for the prizes, i am very happy for the rounds. I'll be looking forward to the next challenges :-) If anything, please don't think i played with wrong clubs and took advantage.

    Back to the "Front Line"

    learned from 1st round Lo, laid up #3 and good 25ft par putt replay.aspx?ID=b4c35962 a814 4929 8c2e a58f00b498a7

    Aliced" the par putt #4, thought in GRrrr replay.aspx?ID=ea590e6f 450f 4b99 944f a58f00b5fa74

Ran it too hard for par #12 after overcooking it on approach and running through the back..DB !! :-(

NICE par save #14 after driving bunk with 14 tailwind ?

Hoping for helping wind this time but, ( with club shots )

    2nd #18 lost concentration replay.aspx?ID=bb8e516f c50d 4b27 9c2e a58f00c6c3a1

some good putts and saves, a nothing round in general.s'ok cause the 1st round was probably most enjoyable yet on wgt, had everything, highs, lows great shots, terrible shots and everything inbetween. Like real life golf and exactly what it says about the TIO comps in the write up.

    Thx Corwyn and sponsors.

    Great round BB!

Bad luck on those first 4 holes with the lip-outs. If just 2 of those had fallen, you might have had the tiebreak lead over Mags.

Your approach on #12 was fabulous... just skirting the rough to roll round perfect. Not easy to get a bird there!

Is the -3 a TIO personal-best for you too?

No, would have needed more than that ;-)

This was my best TIO round in several months, I think. Missed two birdies and a par from inside 8 feet but still tallied a 71.

    Highlights:

Tee shot to 6.6 feet on the first par 3 (but I missed the putt)

I didn't quite reach the green on #12. But no matter; I holed the putt from 71 feet for birdie! This putt doesn't appear on my stats, since it was from the fringe. (But I don't see that anyone has sponsored longest putt this month, so no matter.)

9 iron approach on #15 to inside 6 feet and an easy birdie

Rolled in one final birdie on #18

Whistler is a completely different course with slow greens. Short putts are usually knee-knockers here, but not so much if you can just wind up and hammer it in.
