I created one in our club before Golf Channel even broke into their televised tournament with the news that evening. As far as WGT creating one, that probably falls into the category of Rocket Science for them and would make for some contradiction and controversy after their snub regarding a tournament for the late Andyson, one of the most prominent and well liked members of the WGT community.
