Hold control button and zoom in using mouse wheel....you'll see at bottom of screen just above the mark past ding on the meter. There is a small blue-ish thing in the grass there.
Like I said previously, its just the sprinkler/head cover. I've played there a couple times and seen them. But good thread on it though lol.
