    A smart layup is often the much better play. There is definitely a risk / reward element off the tee - but what you stand to gain isn't good enough to justify a bonehead play. Just short of the gorse and you still have a short iron to the green. Why play it any other way?

    Firstly, as has been said in previous posts, lay up with a 3W.

    Secondly, wait till you play it on Legend tees...
