  Don’t understand the distances/lofts with the level 40s Opus wedges. The higher level ones have 100, 80 & 60 distances. The lowest distance for the former is 80. Shouldn’t there be smaller distances even if the levels are lower levels? I would like to use those wedges at some point to hold me down till I get to higher levels.

  There's no Callaway wedge that has a distance of 60.  That is only available in a 64* wedge (as you mentioned in your title), and Callaway doesn't currently offer that loft in this game because they don't offer one in real life. 

  Best bet (IMO) would be get the Opus' in 56/60* at 95/80yds and match them with the L31 Vokey or L52 Max Spin 64* at 60yds, or the L39 TM 64* at 50yds.
