    This is a rather lucky example of how the hole can be played, this was from 2009 when I was a master I think;

    Did they have dimpled balls back then, tiff? Or were you playing featheries?

    The hole plays about the same as the 2nd lowest yard marker on the green.

    It most certainly was a much harder hole when the equipment and balls didn't offer up the same stop on the green as you get now.

    Well, well, well, tiffer, after watching your ace @ #5, I checked out your replay of taking a 2 on #4. Now, that's impressive. I'm still happy with parring the two of them and getting the hell on to the next hole. Gotta say, one of the many enjoyable aspects of watching the PGA Championship this year at Kiawah will be simply seeing the pins in different locations. I would tend to think the ones we got are approximately Sunday placements.

    Lol, oh we were too poor for dimpled or featheries back then, rock hard potatoes that mother had thrown out were our only option. I believe they are sold as B-ES balls in the pro shop now.

    Thanks AGArgent, I am pretty proud of the eagle on the 4th, it probably took me 1,000+ times playing it to finally get one.

    I used to always be happy with 2 pars at 4 and 5 but then the Callaway balls, Burners and R11s came along. These irons really do make a birdie on one or both an awful lot more likely.

    I really enjoy watching any tournament golf on the courses we have on WGT, I don't ordinarily watch golf other than the Masters, British Open and Ryder Cup. Seeing the pros playing to the same pins we have really does add to the enjoyment.

    Funny how my game client loaded... Think the hole you mention is the one in this replay. This was a lucky shot, think you have to land a bit to the right of the hole, not too short cause there is an uphill slope first and then downhill.
