Change to 17 at Olympic New Bunker Added

  I noticed that they have added a new bunker to 17, this is to discourage the players in the open from laying up. It is a shame this was done after the hd photo's were taken

  I bet that would find a lot of balls, because that green is hard to stick with a long iron (at least w. burners)... and on the green but long is bad.... probably better to lay up in a lot of cases - right about where that bunker is, with the WGT pin placement.

  I wouldn't say that WGT are too happy with that as their courses are supposed to exactly replicate the real thing. Still, at the end of the day,  it's Olympic's course and they can do what they like.

  WGT could always hire Andyson to put the bunker in.  He's pretty handy with a rake, a shovel, a backhoe and a mouse.
