  This isn't Laura but I had grilled seafood skewers for dinner.  Shrimp, scallops, crimini mushrooms, red onions and roma tomatoes basted in a garlic/lemon/olive oil sauce grilled over open coals... served over angelhair pasta... along with a good pinot grigio... enjoyed on my shady side patio out of the near 90 degree heat.

  I think a nice California chardonnay would have been a wiser choice.
