Most of the course on wgt.com actually play and look like real courses to a great degree.  I played Cabo del Sol today for the first time.  Never again!  That course looks like a cardboard cut-out.  and lastly how can the wind always be in your face no matter what hole you play?

Cabo del Sol was the first course added to World Golf Tour using TruGolf technology. It's not made using HD photos of the courses, but rather updating the original [TruGolf] software to be compatible with WGT's programming.

Secondly, wind direction is randomized. You probably just got an unlucky break.

    Dear Bruce,

I agree with you that the course is less real then the others, yet the play itself is very allright and I am very happy playing there, great results all the time yet at a price though.

The wind is indeed randomnized, I had such experience before yet at St Andrews, a while ago and learned to live with it. Have fun playing!!

Cabo & Whistler may not be as stunning photo wise as the rest, but they are fun courses to play and are a pleasant addition rather than having to wait for WGT to release the only other 2 course they do all year (Olympic and Royal Lytham & St.Annes)

Chris I hope you are right about Royal Lytham, If we are going to get it it should be this week. Last year we got the front 9 CCTH of Royal St. Georges 2 months and 2 days before the Open started. 2 months and 2 days before this years's Open is Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

I agree Whistler has a much better look than does Cabo, not sure if this is due to the trees versus ocean and sand views or what.  While I'm not a huge fan of the trugolf courses, I would like to see one or two introduced each year if all WGT plans to do is the US and British Open courses in the future.  The problem with only doing those two is that we will quickly wind up with way too many links courses.  I don't mind a lot of the US Open venues since they tend to look and play very different but the British Open courses, while in real golf have a lot of different feels in WGT they seem very similar.

I don't mind the graphics on either course. They are really good for TruGolf technology. They play very well, and I tend to shoot good scores. Unfortunately, I don't feel WGT should charge for them when they make plenty of money off of other items.
