333 yrd hole in 1 on 13th at Kiawah!

  Playing WMPL match with AvatarLee today from the blue (closest) tees.  19 mph tailwind.  Lee has honors and knocks his over the green. 

  So, hitting the R9, I put full backspin and used about 270 power and the shot was pure!  Lee and I are still in shock. 

  No replay saving from match play - we both sent bug reports on the off chance that WGT could pull it somehow.  Shocked - that's the word that keeps coming to my mind again and again...  :-)

  VERIFIED!!!  Un-fricken-believable!  Way to go man... I'm still re-playing it in my head!!!

  I don't understand this post. The title is 333 yard hole in 1 on #13 but you only talk about AvatarLee hitting it over the green. Was it a hole in one or just a shot that went 50 yards longer than it should have.

  I'm guessing you're a little bit off today, Tarheels...  pricehcs first describes ALee's shot then he describes his own..

  by "hit it pure" the ball is inferred to have dropped in the hole on the tee shot, and there you go.. a 313yd par 4 Ace.

  Yeah I missed the last part, though he was describing Lee's shot rather than his.
