Your scoring shows World 2 up after 1 hole---impossible. Team better ball (or 4 ball), means whoever has low score wins the hole. i.e. Team USA has Par-par, Team World has Double bogey, birdie=Team World up 1-since the low score came from that hole on the birdie----and so forth.
Ex. #2 Team Usa Goes Birdie, Birdie+Team World goes Bogey, Birdie=hole is halve
