  This needs to be re-opened. It's not double jeopardy, he needs to get the last shock of his life. And not in 20 yrs after 10 trials, he needs to fry now. If that was my daughter, he would have never had a trial. I would have.

  I am not sure what the stats are but this happens everyday . Someone is killed or murders someone else because of alcohol induced driving.

   

  I know someone who is serving 45 yeras with no possibility of parole for killing a 90 yr old man this way. He didnt leave the scene he owned up for what he did and he got the book thrown at him.

  He is just 20 yrs old when it happened and now his life is pretty much over.

  Oh well everyone pays the piper sooner or later.
