You didn't mention which browser you're using but if it's Mozilla Firefox this posting from the Adobe Forums may help :

    "

We have just released a Flash Player 11.3 update to resolve an issue affecting Firefox users.

Several users have reported issues when using Flash Player 11.3 with Mozilla Firefox 13, both of which were released within a few days of one another earlier this month. We’ve been working closely with Mozilla to diagnose and resolve these issues, which had different causes.

Mozilla last week blocklisted the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin, to resolve problems it was causing with the interaction between Firefox and Flash Player.  Mozilla has also released Firefox 13.0.1 to address a second issue.

We continue to work closely with Mozilla to further improve pre-release testing to more reliably catch issues like these. Please report any other issues you may experience together with reproducible steps here.

    Thank you."

    Hi

Sounds repetitive but do you clear ya caches, I use chrome myself, and had a few game crashes.

I clean my caches daily and although my bar does stutter sometimes, Thats usually a sign to me that they need cleaning, and afterwards it runs smooth again

I use a combo of Ccleaner and Iobits Advanced System Care 5, Both programmes clean different parts of it, Dunno why this happens but it does, but 5 mins clearing time gives me about 3 hours of crash free / stuttering bar.

Just my 2 pennys worth, Its poss this solution wont work for everyone, It works for me   so im happy ATM

If your using Firefox, as I am then you need to set the protect mode to off.

This is how you do it:

Learn how to disabled protected mode here.

then it will run real smooth
