not getting free credits.

  I to have spent hours to get the free credits, but never get them. I'm sick and tired of this crap!!!!!

  Yes, me too. I used to get all my credits awarded to me but since the patch I only get about 50% of what is owed to me.

  Terrible way of doing business, WGT is starting to lose respect.

  I have about 500 i never received either man.. This game is bush league. My best advice to you is to find another game or just do not expect to get credits with out spending money. Which in return do not expect to get very good at this game with out real equipment.

  Listen man. They know what they are doing. They get away with rippin people off because people still play the game.. The only way to fight back is to get every one to stop playing the game. But I really feel I will be the only one actually quitting. So please stop complaining if your not going to take the steps for justice.

  For some one who has only been here in the game for 1 week you really do seem to know your way around this game as well as everything about it . Keep posting and in a little bit you will tell everything about your self . So how many other accounts do you have going ?

  Has anyone been able to get this sorted out, with the credits earned from watching the videos on the ad slate?

  The browser you use affects Radium One offers. Chrome/Chrome Clones - No Pay. I suspect that R1 uses Java in their pay routine. I use Firefox pretty much exclusively for getting credits.

  Thanks for the suggestion.

  Tried using on Chrome, IE and Firefox.  None of the credits came through.

  I've spent time watching the ads at the bottom. You know the ones where you bank views and then cash them in for credits. I am currently owed 335 credits. I've submitted claims but I haven"t received even an update beyond the initial automated response email. Definitely a rip off thus far.

  I play this brilliant game on an iPhone and iPad, and normally can get 2 free credits for watching the ad videos no problem. Though as of today, the credits are not being awarded for warching the ad videos. Just so happens there was an "update" to the app, which i did yesterday.......so apart from adding the new putt preview feature (which is great), maybe WGT have stopped us getting free credits for watching the ad videos too?
