not getting free credits.

  I've spent time watching the ads at the bottom. You know the ones where you bank views and then cash them in for credits. I am currently owed 335 credits. I've submitted claims but I haven"t received even an update beyond the initial automated response email. Definitely a rip off thus far.

  Trialpay can take like a week to get back to people. They aren't the best at responding but 95% of the time they do at least respond to claims issued by their customers.

  No issues with Trialpay. My beef is with Livegamer. It's been probably over 3 weeks now and not a peep. I guess I'll keep sending them messages. Certainly not watching anymore of those videos they offer.

  I had a similar issue with the whole free offers fiasco. 

  I signed up to an online bookmaker promising 4500 credits. And yes said credits were not given. 

  I contacted the bookie only to be told it's WGTs problem and if WGT contacts them  they might listen it's a huge con. 

  I've contacted WGT and as of writing they haven't bothered to respond 

  my advice would be to steer clear of such offers

  Contact your card company and stop the payment . You usually have up to 90 days to contest a charge on your card . Explain to your card company that this was an offer and that you have not received what was promised to you . They in turn will handle it for you .
