  Lunch reading for WGT leaders.

  Is that the problem? Don't think so - I've seen better from WGT.

  Here it's nothing but to follow the evidence and decide to return something like 100 crs to CC members who apparently have been dumped by a programming error.

  Icon posted the excuse already: "We're at a start"

  Hope they'll leave the starting block eventually.

  How could the leader of a tourney be excluded from the last round by "MC"?

  Is WGT taking the tourney purse for good?

   

  No answer, no explanation in five weeks time...

  All of WGT is in holiday on the West Coast presumably(?)

  I wish you'd handle this case "better" - how about an answer?

  Should we have to consider that your customer care is only working if WGT's economic interests are concerned (e.g. many clients' complaints about Flash or free credits) and not for a single case which "only" marks the top of the iceberg of dubious tourney cuts?

  Having just read this thread i find it quite disturbing! So wgt gets to keep all the credits that the players paid to enter the tournament and nobody that entered gets any..

  WGT needs to make this right even if it means reaching in their pocket and pulling out some money (instead of just fattening their pockets). It must be one hell of an "investigation" going on here..

  i have seen a wgt staff member repeatedly use the "stay classy" phrase. How about practicing what u preach and show some class in this matter.
