  When are we gonna get some courses from Myrtle Beach?

  Having played at many of the MB courses, I can say that there probably aren't any that deserve to be on WGT.   Tidewater and Caladonia are the class of MB and those aren't even in the top 10 in South Carolina.

  Heather Glen, Glen Dornoch, Aberdeen, Possum Trot, Oyster Bay, Beachwood, TPC, Blackmour, and Myrtle Beach National are all great coures, and better than some that are already on WGT.

  Just because the Pros don't play at them, doesn't mean they aren't great courses. Alot of CC's wont allow pros to play because they like there courses in tack.

  I've played all of the courses in Pinehurst, including CCNC, which in my opinion is better than Pinehurst #2, and most of those courses aren't nearly as tough as some at Myrtle Beach.

  I think that I have played all the courses that you mentioned. 

  I didn't say they were not good because the PGA doesn't play them.  CCNC is the best course in North Carolina and it isn't played by the pros as you mention.  You can say the same for Long Cove Club and Colleton River  in Hilton Head, both are private and have been rated in the top 100 in the US. Both of the CR clubs are very good.

  By and large my opinion of the MB courses is that they get too much play by people who aren't serious golfers and condition suffers.  I really enjoy a number of the courses you mentioned but putting them in the top 20 is a stretch with the exception of The Dunes, TIdewater and Caledonia I don't think any of these will make the top 20 in SC much less the top 100 in the US.

  I can't imagine replacing Oakmont, Congressional, BethPage, Kiawah, St Andrews or Royal St George with any of them.  

  My take has always been that you can enjoy a course without it being a top rated course but there is little evaluation of the 'enjoyment' factor in rating top courses by the publishing groups.   For example the Pit near Pinehurst is one of my favorite courses to play but you won't see it at the top of any best courses list.
