    Dear WGT,

A while ago someone had the bright idea to create a course for the best of the hardest holes.  It is now time o create a course of just par 3 holes.  there are so many great par 3 holes from allthe courses you have licenced so please make a full course just containing these.  Thiswould be a great challenge and make it a very even playing field no matter what clubs you use.

    Regards

Why a par 3 course?  Just curious.

Once you're on the green the putting is the same problem, whether it's a par 3 or par 4 or par 5.

If you want to see how close you can come to the cup in one shot, then play some CTTH. If you're merely looking for a shorter game, then, again, try the CTTH.

Addendum.  First post isn't really an excuse.  Perhaps we should have some sticky posts, such as "Read This First," and a post among those stickies that says, "Search before posting."

Those things are common on a lot of forums.  I'll admit, however, that there are always those who don't "READ THIS FIRST," and start a new thread on a subject that already has lebenty-zillion running threads.

In the UK,  a purpose built par 3 course is not uncommon and can be incorporated into larger golf establishments.  players who play real courses on real grass really see par 3 holes as birdie chances and a real downer if they take a 4, 5 or 6.  This creates great excitement.

The US Masters in Augusta GA.  This has a pre-tournamnent par3 competiton that all the players love and draws great crowds.
