has anyone experienced losing a ball when i clearly is'nt?, had 2 land on the fairway and one land on the green, then the lost ball message comes up, costing me money! can u get it sorted WGT
Hi Tommy,
All of the balls in the Pro Shop (with the exception of the free WGT starters) have a durability rating. With each shot taken the ball will gradually wear and eventually expire. When browsing the Pro Shop you'll notice dots in the durability column. More dots in that column represent the longest lifespan. Shots taken with the putter do not decrease the durability. Each ball's durability is represented by a graphical HITS bar that is displayed in the lower right side of the GUI (see pic below).

Tommy, did you actually see the text "LOST BALL" at the end of your shot, or did you see the notice that your ball was replaced before you took your next shot? There would be a difference... the former would in fact be a bug, the latter.... well see WGTNiv's post above.
Speaking of "lost balls" -- do we know when to expect our "free" balls (from the earlier credit purchase incentive - over the weekend) to show up? Thought it was 48 hours from the purchase.
