    OH YES YOU DO.

Just because someone is not in a room pushing the "lost ball button" does not mean the programming is not set up to facilitate losing balls.

Puleeze! I know it's not set up the way on purpose. Game play in regard to what WGT considers a lost ball is inherently unfair to all players.

What is unfair is that WGT will not fix this problem.

in the real game you don't lose your ball most of the time.

i just take my shoes off get in the 4 inch's of water pick up my badly hit ball and then take  one

    extra stroke then drop it.

    play on.

I peeked at your clubs. The Starter irons and wedges are rather inconsistant. They're the clubs you need to hit the ball close to the hole. That's a problem WGT cannot be blamed for.

I've lost more balls on WGT than I have playing real golf for over 49 years. I would love to blame WGT but it is a big waste of time. If you are a foot out of bounds, that $1.50 Nike is gone, if you are in a 1/2 inch of water that ball is gone also. Is it right? HELL NO,, is it the way it is HELL YES. Can we do anything about it? Stop buying balls. If we all play starter balls for one month, can you imagine the financial impact. The die hard players will not do this,  because their stats and averages mean more to them than the air they breath. If you can't stand to lose that ball, either play courses with better odds of not losing it, or just take your chances. I hate losing them too, but I am just as stupid as the masses.

you consider unplayable lies to be a "lost ball",
so in a way you kinda do.

many times I had visual contact with the ball as it landed in
a deeper part of the weeds or bushes and got the "lost ball" message.

instead of doing that to your customers,
let them hit the shot either from back in the tee
or after getting relief/drop, depending on the situation.

lost balls should only be considered "lost"
when you go in the water (not by the water) or deep out of bound,
in all other cases balls can usually be found.

sure it's "easier" considering an unplayable lie as a "lost ball",
but it's antagonizing your most loyal customers, and it needs to stop.
