I actually think the one ball for $10 spent is ok. Its usually get 3 for spending $25-30. So spend your $30 and you get your free 3 balls. This way allows someone that might only have 10 dollars to spend at this time, get in on the promotion. There are 1000's of people that play this game that are on fixed incomes. I say good job WGT.

As far as the free rental weekend, dont they usually start at midnight California time on Fridays?

    Random acts of slyness?

Yeah, not a 'random act of kindness' at all.

Similar to the "Puppy Dog Sales" of the free rental. Which obviously isn't happening.

It's getting tiring.. revenue focus priority over 'community' tenure...

We'll be alerted when this ball runs out to force prompt the sale, instead of implementing a pop up to chose a set of balls from your bag.

"We didn't want to make a guess or judge which ball you may prefer"

    Pure Spin, all the way.

So for many, the $10 tease will turn into a further $5 sale.

We aren't being heard, just mocked.

We'll just all bend over and supply the KY too.

They wouldn't have to guess. All they need to do is to allow every individual to designate his own default ball in case he runs out of the ones he's playing with.

Yes, the conversion rate is actually not that bad. We had 3 legend callies for 25$ last time around, so this 1 is actually better.

But the stupidity of 1 ball per is in the fact that it's useless to all that don't use this ball already. I'm not bloody likely to start a game with only 1 ball, cause I don't want to get reset to starters in case of a mishap. Therefore I'm forced to either buy another sleeve (and I'm not paying extra just to see my flight path more clearly) or buy 10$ worth of credits at least twice (if you buy 20$ in a single purchase, you'll only get 1 ball and you'll have to go through Icon or an email to get the other). Hm, on second thoughts, this idea may not be that silly after all, lol (for them).

As for the free rentals, I thought I had impeccable timing when I reached L90 on Wednesday night, I guess I was early.

At least there is some sense in thinking this direction.

Mr WGT bemused by the notion that there will be a bunch of animated gifs circulating of him in chat which will humiliate him, he asked to keep it clean.

Naaaah.  Who would do such a thing?

When Chad checked how many community members were watching he was TOTALLY deflated. I truly think he thought he would see MANY more members on-line, watching and involved. 44 / FORTY FOUR!!!  Im sorry but 44 "community members" watching is an extremely weak following considering the so called "millions" in the community.

Lets hope there's another Twitch,,lol. Seriously.

Yep spot on, only because there isn't any other thinking to be done.

WGT will continue to develop things like Golf Bags and MAX Equipment and as long as this current feedback structure stays the same, many of our requests and suggestions are being unheard.

    MisterWGT said repeatedly throughout his session;

"These are all good ideas, interesting, I'll talk to our Product Manager about that, be sure to put them in the forums, they then get filtered in to us and to the Product Manager, get in the forums guys we need your feedback"
He also said  he'd like to hear feedback on CC options especially from CC owners what they feel are the top priority items.

Perhaps we need a CC owners thread?

If the product manager had a list of all the things we, the community have been asking for for SO long, HE would know which ones can be implemented easily and which ones may take some work.

If the PM is aware of the ones that might take some work AND they have agreed it would be good to implement, then as they build their next releases a step is taken in the right direction to eventually complete these 'ideas'.

Once we the community have answers on whether or not these ideas & requests are added or if they can be added to the road map, we as forum regulars can & the CClub owners can share these answers with the community, which ends up making the Community Mentors job easier and reducing the amount of requests for the same ideas.

In turn the next Session with MisterWGT will be far more structured, concise and informative.

As it is now, the PM is oblivious to most of it. MisterWGT also, as was apparent through his dialogue in the session.

We got the % system changed and sandbaggers were addressed as there were MANY individual threads created about this.

Maybe that's what we need to do, is create a mess of the forums with duplicate threads of the ideas/ suggestions/ problems that we feel are most pending.

SOMEONE over there might end up noticing them.

He actually stated and I quoted him correctly in my OP

"we need well over 100, there are far too many people in our community to be sitting here like that”

Imagine in a few months when there is over 100 and our requests still go unnoticed....the text scrolling on his screen will go in and out faster than a fiddlers elbow.
