Usually, when I first log on for the day... there is a Pop-Up screen that comes up advertising Wgt Products and Major Comps.
Maybe this could be used to tell everybody about the next talk.
A weekend Talk/Chat would also be good, when most people are home. Depending on the time I suppose, I would like to be the next one. Midweek is a bit hard with work Commitments.
