  Mainly happens when putting for an erratic miss hit on shot meter, Guaranteed to miscue your shot and game, happens far too often lately as well.

  Wireless router? They cause issues. Wireless mouse? They cause issues.

  Another member mentioned that holding the meter a second or a little more before releasing it also helps smooth it out while putting.

  How much laptop branded bloatware do you have starting up with windows?

  Run MSCONFIG from the Start | Search line, and on the Startup tab, uncheck the programs you don't want to start automatically.
