    WGTicon:

    Hi

I saw the messages but we are trying to randomize things even more. Sometimes randomizing manually is harder than you think, since you have to keep track of 50+ tourneys at any given time.

Even if you do it manually (which is hard to understand why), making sure that out of 4-6 RGs for each tier there is at least one with low wind, moderate wind, and high wind should be a no brainer. :)

Another suggestion how to make it easy and fair: for each combination of course conditions (though what matters the most is wind and tees), calculate its mean or median score in ready-goes for all players (you must have a lot of statistics by now), then rank the course/condition combinations by that score, and each time you need to sample say 5 ready goes, take one from each quintile.

I have 34 posts  yu have 600 plus.  Looks to me like you butt your nose in where it doesn't belong as in now. You simply don't know what you are talking about and have not done your homework.

ROFL!!  It is apparent that you didn't appreciate my concern.  Let me rephrase it, in words that will be easy for you to understand.

"I am a tour legend, you are a tour pro.  Looks to me like you butt your nose in where it doesn't belong, as in trying to do well at WGT.  You simply don't know how you are playing this game, and have not done your homework.  You should stop writing meaningless posts and make a 'To-do' list to improve your game."

You are aTour Legend means nothing to me. All this response tells me is your ego is out of control. I am doing very well in WGT thank you. I sogned up June of this Year, you signed up one year ahead of me. Now, re-read your response and impose some intellect with it,

I think they are messing with the game so much that they have lost complete control of what they are doing.

    BINGO!

I have been saying this for well OVER a year. WGT keeps "making changes to the changes", hence - losing control. It is one change after another ,and another, and another, etc,,,etc,,,infinity.

I know this came off topic a bit but as a CC owner I create uncountable CC tourns. ALL being different course with different conditions. It makes for some fun and "challenging" competition. WGT can easily mix up the RG's and keep track. Dont hand me that line "its not as easy as you think". PLEASE. That line is used when you KNOW you're screwed,,LOL. Seriously. The famous "its not as easy as you think" has gotton me out of a jam on a few occasions.

Either way - I mentioned some time back that WGT "STOP!" Change after change - add on after add on. It has become way to much. The game has definitly lost some of its kick to challenge yourself which in turn, to keep coming back and strive for a goal.

From The Elite CC, Happy Holidays to all our community friends. GAME OOON!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly don't see what people are complaining about, the only thing that bothers me in this game is that it is too easy and forgiving for those with the best equipment, wind seems to vary from tourney to tourney, have no issues with it.

People should not be shooting in the 50's regularly, I shot a -7 on bethpage black ready go 18, and ended up in 22nd place, the leader had 53, utterly ridiculous scores.

I really don't see any problem with the shot making, I think people are blaming the game for their own failings, I have pretty inprecise clubs and the yardage is very consistent, you just have to take time to learn your clubs properly and learn how to deal with conditions.

No idea who this is directed at, but I will share with you the fact that this is my first account on WGT, literally started playing the game a month or two ago, its an incredibly easy game, too easy in fact compared to real golf.

Some of these scores are comical.

I thought about joining a tournament but when a 9-hole leader is 29 I have to rethink lol.

I get that good equipment and practice helps, but.......

Don't get me wrong I enjoy the game and anxiously await leveling up for better gear, but it loses alot of realism with these scores.  It's a free game and will be enjoyed for what it is.
