Without going line by line through your scores, if your two rounds of 31 replaced two rounds of 33 within a total of 75 rounds your average would remain at 61.24. Your average probably went down when taken out to the third decimal place but it rounds out to the same hundredth.
Keep shooting those 31s and you'll see the average go down but you won't see it every round or two.
Sorry to dissent, but one stroke over 18 holes takes off 1/50 = .02 for a TM which will be visible without a doubt.
Two rounds of 31 count as 2*2*31 = 124, while two 33's are 132. The average would drop by 8/50 = .16...
Having tiered up this week, I had two Legend match wins in my bag. The final step was a 31=62 replacing a 64, taking .04 off my 61.04 - ta-taa!
Without those match wins which took off 35 strokes each, I suppose that there wouldn't have been any scores above 31=62 left in the "last mix". Therefore, probably only 61s or 30=60 will lower tone's average.
