Just finished.... I knew I should have stated drinking and had a few drinks before starting.....lol.... Better than I thought Actually, +4..... +3 on the front.
It was a nitemare, but I enjoyed it at the same time.
I hit every fairway off the tee, made sure of that., lol... then the fun started.
Few things I noticed....
My R11 (s) 3 wood was really good off the fairway.... not too much left or right shots off the fairway, compared to the Irons on the UL.... Irons had a huge left or right aim to the green.
Shots coming up short.... I've read most of the thread and I knew to hit harder... clubs I was using to the green, normally would have flown the green by miles... were coming up short of the green.
I had to careful too with the aim to green..... all the Lies on the fairway were extreme (above or below feet).... when I aimed for that... the colors of the box started to change. I just wondering if you have a yellow box and aim for that lie... if it turns to green, then the shot will not have as bad a direction.
eg... yellow box.... ball above the feet.... so you aim way way right to cover the lie... If the box turns to green, then it won't have a huge swing from right to left and you end up further right that you thought.
I also had a Orange box in the Bunker...40/50 ... the ball looked like it was sitting in a bowl of water....lol. If I hit it to pin... then 3 shots in bunker I think. So I moved the aim again until it turned green... which was basically behind me, hit out 15 yrds on fairway.
The only thing about the colored boxes... you can't really see if it's a uphill or downhill lie properly.... you can see the arrows move left and right... that's ok.. hard to see the arrows move up or down.
Too hard at the moment... I was getting annoyed, so I hit a PW (120) to green... 77 yrds to pin... drop shot of green in the heavy rough at the front...ugh..lol
Don't like to see this standard.... might need a 120 sec clock for Multi Play games...
The closer to the green you are the more extreme it is...
but, I still enjoyed it in a way....
Happy New Everybody...... Keep Safe :)
