Whilst I totally respect your position as forum moderator and that it's your job to act on issues regarding improprieties as such, I do feel that any reports not substantiated and backed up by further conclusive evidence i.e screenshots etc......clearly cannot be used as evidence of guilt against anyone.
with regards to streams seeming to play slow at times......there a many contributing factors that may effect this.

It all seems a little inconclusive to me, certainly not enough evidence to convict or tarnish a players name......especially a player who has given a lot of equipment away free to a community.
LC's score history doesn't throw up any suspicious activity either.
