  Seriously I really can't see what the fuss is about. Disappointing that the new arrivals are just some gimmicky crap that nobody is being forced to buy but it's not the first release of overpriced crap on here is it?

  Here's what the fuss is all about...

  There are legitimate issues with the game - problems that have existed since at least the time that I've been a member, and from what I've read, since the game was released. There are new issues popping up daily, and yet, instead of taking the development time to address all of these issues, or maybe fix a few here & there, they instead create a $5,000 customizable virtual avatar.

  There are skewed priorities, and then there's this.

  At this point, I have to wonder if the update was just a psychological test to see exactly how far the boundaries of arrogance can be pushed without totally alienating your customer base.

  Just out of curiosity, are the new line of imaginary Max clubs (irons, putters, and now wedges) being introduced because wgt has lost its contracts to reproduce real clubs?

  Not interested with paying more and more for less and less. You can keep your golf bags and avatars.

  Wgt thinks that the real PRO'S are playing and that the money is huge.  What with all the livegamer credits (half of which don't work) there should be all kinds of money flying around.  Oh sorry  gotta go I have to go get my free 7 views today.  That new avatar and golf bag are waiting.  Just 1565 years and that avatar is mine

  I am constantly amazed at the marketing dept at wgt. Lets put up a new course, get compliments and make everyone happy for a few days at least. Oh and while we are at it, lets offer a $5000 avatar and a $1000 phone call so everyone just forgets about the course and tells us how ridicules we are.

  Hugo Chavez has a better PR dept. than WGT.
