We are invited via the forums for feedback
Enough pressure applied to our only avenue in turn may apply some kind of awareness to the right people.
YankeeJim: don't take him literally unless you're stomping on the forum guidelines (Shrude.)
I try to speak for the majority when i speak up.
If you would rather be a passive participant then so be it, i prefer to be assertive & tenacious.
I am fully aware of the guidelines and as yet, have only had one post moderated.
But this isnt about me is it Jim?
Pizza took on the role, he is aware of what the role entails. He is a big boy now.
He is handling it 'ok'.
If WGT want to provide an avenue for feedback then it is their responsibility to monitor and act on that feedback to their paying cutomers.
The lack of feedback via their voice isnt Pizzas fault , but it is to the angst of all including him/ her.
I am also a Divisional Manager, with several staff under me, when they are disgruntled with procedures and placements. I assess the situation myself and if indeed i am in agreeance, i will fervently take it up with my directors.
If then, I have reasonable account of explanation I will express this to my team from my directors perspective.
I have respect from my team because i have a sound and transparent reporting process.
If I were Pizza, I would be representing the community and not WGT. He needs to be brave in that.
His role is a Communty Manager, Managers report to their superiors the good and the bad. In his role as a manager he then needs to represent the community wth an understanding of their desires and pursue answers and resolution.
It is unfortunate for him that he has so LITTLE tools at his disposal and so LITTLE to offer in return from a management that doesn't offer transparency or support for him and his role.
So when we are carving up the pizza, it isnt him personally we are attacking, it is a 'wgt repesentative'..... the only one available to us as this avenue to WGT..
edit #2
this is the PizzaBoy we are all talking about.
Evidence of his lack of company support. he has cracked.
