Why is it that if you live in Australia and you work 6 days a week from 7am to 4pm

That when the course is under Reconstruction when you get home in the evenings

So you end up going to bed before you can play a round

Then go to work the next day

When you finally get to play the next afternoon you are penalized for nonconsecutive days played loosing all your extra bonus points and getting a massif 14 points for a closest to the hole game

It's hard enough to get enough points to up level as it is without this happening

What does everone else think   do you agree

    Cheers Pete

Sounds like you are a victim of an unlucky time zone, as it compares to WGT's usual update schedule. If you could somehow find the time to play a CTTH or a random 3 holes on those days before or during your workday is about the only solution you are likely to get.

or as someone has so nicely pointed out in another post:

from your regular home page go to the wgt community tab, select courses, pick any course then select 1 hole to play, then your done, takes about 5 minutes

    Play one hole

Top of this page , see " WGT Community "   place your pointer there , click on golf corses , pick a course , click play hole , I pick a par 3 hole . Play that one hole and you get your Cons days played

Unless it's a major update taking 3-4 hours, that downtime is usually not that long or that often. Don't give up when you first see it, look back a few times.

Unfortunately the downtime is in the evenings for Australia, beginning around 6 pm and ending around 10 - 11 PM EST

Most of the time they are 3 - 4 hours.

Playing a single hole is all well and good, if WGT were to announce the downtime a few days before hand rather than a few hours before.

And.. due to Australia being way down on the list of users, under the US, Canada, UK, India etc - we have to put up with it.
