i bought 10 sleves of balls and they were not issued....but i was charged for them.....wht to do now?

If I have more than 9 balls they seem to get used up quicker............
Why would anyone pay $65 for 30 balls at once. It is just as easy to buy 1 sleeve at a time from the game play screen when you get down to your last ball. Shoot I don't even pay that much at one time for real balls.
