I'd like to echo this.
Both of you do a very good job in a generally thankless position.
When I was a SVP of Finance for a Fortune 100 company I had a conversation with our COO about appreciation. We had a glitch in our payroll system that delaying getting checks out to our locations by one day, about 100k employees in that group.
Even though all the employees were paid the next day he spent about 15 minutes telling me how this should never happen, etc. After his tirade, I said you know, during the last 3 years we have gotten payroll out in time 155 weeks out of 156 and I don't ever remember anyone telling us good job for the 155 that we got right, however for the 1 we got wrong you will remember for 10 years.
WGT is sort of like that, no one ever tells these guys how good a job they do day in and day out. However if we email them and they don't respond within 15 minutes, we post 500 negative posts about them on the forums.
Good job guys and thanks for helping to make this game better with your fine work.
