  I wish there was a way to search the boards as I'm sure this has been discussed before, my apologies for having to start a new thread.

  So I contacted support regarding some credits, and the screenshot of  "Offer completed" but "not paid out" wasn't sufficient.

  I hope that when they receive all the forwarded spam I get thanks to the offer will be proof enough.

  And it was ~400 creds too, :(

  Keep emailing hem your proof.

  Persist, they eventually pay up.

  They are a P.I.A no doubt.

  WGT should look into this and try to streamline the support or fix the payouts.

  There are way too many occurrences of this happening not to reflect on WGT's integrity.
