Abysmal and shocking

    I had cause to complain about a credit issue with WGT.

    Despite giving them details of the problem, two emails and a week later, still no response.

    Is this a case of the Behemoth stamping all over the little guy?

    An appalling and shameful way to treat people.

    I checked with our team and I believe your email was replied to the same day. Have you gotten it or maybe it went to spam or something else?

    They have always been prompt and responsive to all my enquiries and always tried to help me whenever they can.

    Hi,

    Yes it was, but further and subsequent emails weren't.

    Although this has now been resolved, I feel it took this form of action to get anything done.

    In WGT's favour however, I must applaud you for agreeing to put negative comments on the board,  I know of other organisations that wouldn't, so fair play on that front.
