This guide is merely an example, & yes, its my opinion to, if you would try to understand, many members are constantly complaining about the meter issues..it is only a statement meant to help, if you don't wish to follow it, well then don't.At least it is there, whether the programs used are the same or not, you decide.

I was no way dissing your guide mate, what i was referring to is Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware as being an anti-virus, it is what it states, an anti malware not anti virus, so users should infact use anti malware along side regular anti virus programme ;)

It also in fact, is a great anti-virus program, which is included. I went through  avg and many others before finding one to do the job for me, that don't mean its right for everyone- or the needs they may have, it keeps mine going and is updated by them constantly.

I'm having a real problem with stuttering since upgrading to the latest version of flashplayer, but can't work out how to change back to a lower version - can you help?

Exactly, but when you uninstall it, be sure to use Adobe's uninstaller otherwise remnants of the old installation will still be on  your computer.  Adobe's uninstaller gets it all.
