That *** is nonsense. I don't even see how it helps out. I swear, I would grow extremely impatient waiting for that meter to come down. I could defecate 4x before the meter was near...worthless to make an account to show off something that's irrelevant.

If that is how you feel then why did you thank him for the tool then ask him how to set it up step by step on page 7

I guess you didn't realize I was being sarcastic. This is why America is on its way down now - Stupidity and Ignorance.

You got caught selling wgt credits on wgt and you want to talk about stupidity and ignorance.

That wasn't to ignorant. Instead of paying 500000 for a stupid avatar and a phone call he made real money. I seen some of the clothes he bought on facebook and they were way better than a wgt golf shirt. I would had done the same if i was smarter but im always giving someone some creds to help them out. Stupid how he got caught YES stupid for doing it NO.

Thinking over this whole topic again after some sleep has put a slightly different slant on my opinion.

I have never believed that being able to hit the ding every shot is necessary to score really low. Many of the top players have proven this to be the case and indeed deliberately play to miss early or late on many shots.

Over the last 18 months I would say that there has been a huge "dumbing down" of the game in general.  What  I mean by that is that it has become a very much easier game than it once was, assuming you have the best equipment. Huge increases in club distances, accuracy and ball spin all mean that for those that know this game inside out it's actually a rarity to miss a fairway or green, never mind make bogey. This means that any cheat software available is in fact becoming less effective than it was by comparison to a couple of years ago. An early or late click now sees the ball go to 18 feet, 2 years ago you'd have missed the green, a big difference.

None of the above changes my view on the fact that there will be players using some cheat programs and I still firmly believe that they can give players a competitive advantage. What I do believe is that every time WGT improves the equipment that advantage is diluted. I wish we were able to see it eradicated and not be an issue at all in future but I think that's unlikely. I just hope for the good of the game; that the winners of the big WGT tournaments this year, will be those who earn their victory by fair means and a lot of ability and practice.

I'm not sure I agree with this assessment Tiff. The increased stopping power of the newer irons means approach shots can be aimed directly at the pin the majority of the time. This compounded with the improved precision means that approach shots are more predictable. All of this puts more emphasis on click accuracy.

That's true Mo but my comparison is really based on the cheat engine versus the elite players who have a very high ding ratio anyway.

As I said further, I still believe cheat engine gives even the elite players a competitive advantage were it discovered one were using it, I just don't believe it's as big an advantage as it was.

Let's take an isolated example of a mid-iron approach to the back pin of SA#4 with a moderate tail wind at 11 o'clock. A player hitting G10 irons with say Legend balls might easily ding the shot ten times and not be within 10ft. With that level of accuracy par is the expected result regardless of click accuracy. But for somebody hitting R11s, a ding might be the difference between a tricky 15ft putt and a simple 5ft putt.

Shot selection is a joke now, which is why WGT is so keen to push UL even in it's unfinished state.
