how do i find out who gave me a gift?

  im guessing somone gave me some balls cause i never bought them how do i find out?

  not entirely true. Sometimes when people send gifts the message never goes to them. I have seen and been a part of both sides. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesnt.

  This perhaps another detail of the "lost emails" subject which pends an answer by WGT's special Nation support.

  OTOH, the gift should appear in the receiver's account as a "Received Gift", naming the sender.

  I received a gift recently and I can confirm it shows in my "account" with the sender's name.

  oh yeah i found it in accounts thanks, it wasnt a gift it was for becoming a nation member :)

  Very true. Someone gifted me some Callaways and I have no clue who. The problem is them thinking I'm some kind of ungrateful wretch for not thanking them.

  Not true. You always get a notification of who sent you what and his personal message (if he wrote one) directly to your email. But you only receive the PM in your game message box, if that person is on your friends list.

  To prove a point, I just sent you a sleeve of balls you're using and a message as well. Check your email to see if it appears.

  Ok i was talking about a message on wgt NOT email. Thanks for the info. I thought i would use the bold print lol.

  You always get a notification of who sent you what and his personal message (if he wrote one) directly to your email.

  There are multiple known issues where mails from the WGT servers do not arrive at the recipient.

  One example, true for me:

  For quite a while I haven't been informed about tournaments,

  neither "you haven't played ... yet" nor "a new tournament has been created in your CC".
