  I had a open questionnaire with Pizza.  Remember the 10 individuals selected to have a open video Q/A with MisterWGT?  I was selected as one of those individuals, but have not heard anything back about a time and date.  

  Is this still a ongoing project?

  If so, is Chad going to directly message us?

   

  Second, I have yet to hear back about my complaint that I filed through WGTpizza, (regarding WGTicon).  Except that it was no longer in his hands, and that it was being addressed...  Any official word on this?

  I ask in here because none of my last 4 private messages to you were being responded to. I assume it was directed to you not to respond, as per proper procedural with incident reporting should be.

  I hope you find a replacement whose advice extends further than "Try another browser and clear your caches"

  Quit piling on ...mercy.

   

  FFS, 9 out of ten times, that advice works...Icon knows by experience it dos, and should be the first line given if any of the 50K newbies bitching posters would read a bit...but he does what he does because it helps a vast majority of the players here.

   

  While you pile your one liners on, did you know Icon was one of THE best players here in the day?

   

  The issue Rich has with Icon will be settled eventually I hope...it's tough to see two great players (both of whom I respect) be at odds.

  Sorry to see Pizza gone. Always thought he did "keep it classy", especially in a thankless situation like he was put in. Good luck in whatever the next chapter is Pizza.

  I was also one of the 10 selected for the videoQ/A with MrWGT. Could you check on that for us icon? It was supposed to happen in January but seems to have been dropped.

  Forums are designed to give users the chance to give their opinions on the thread in question. This one is about WGT Pizza whom I didn't get on with. I asked two favours of him and he replied that they were both too much trouble for him to deal with. I later asked him if he could check something out for me and he forgot. I have absolutely no problems with WGT Icon or anyone else employed by WGT and I doubt many more users of this site have given the company more praise than I.
