Aim farther right than you normally would after compensating for the lie.  Let the roll on the green take the ball left.

That's one of the toughest, most nerve-wracking shots on WGT with the unevens.

After playing the tournament Best of Course without realising it was Uneven lies, i played Congressional 18, on my approach, although I didn't have much of a severe lie, I still aimed off the green right and still landed in rough by the water (played worse lies on other courses but didn't effect ball half as much)

Having landed on the slope in the rough with a RED lie bar i just WITHDREW because i knew It would only give WGT an excuse to steal a ball as I remembered Tiffers thread about a similar shot so I didn't even attempt to play it.  The more i play uneven lies the more I hate It.  its just an excuse for WGT to deviate our shots even more than normal because you might aim for a slight lie on one hole and it might effect ball by 4 or 5 yards but a LESSER lie on different hole might send ball 20 yards left!!  Its all guesswork and no consistency.  NO THANKS

So sitting on thousands of credits you decide to save a buck, not learn anything and come here and cry about it? Pardon me whilst I don't sob for you. Much easier to quit than try and figure it out. I get it.

Played that shot SEVERAL TIMES, i knew what was coming, you can aim as far right as possible yet ball will still either fly left straight into water or not make it out of rough.  Its not saving a buck its SENSIBLE taking into account the constant complaining of players who say time & time again about the FLAWS with uneven lies around the greens.

Your the one who's making an isuue of it butting in as usual. If you would read the above thread about shots from same location you would know that whatever you do it takes 2 shots instead of NORMAL 1 to get out of rough.  I play this game because I'm better at it than I am playing REAL golf, but even I could get out of there and onto the green in 1 shot, AND THATS WITHOUT HAVING TO AIM 30 yards RIGHT for a little old pitch shot.

When I entered the BEST OF READY GO, i hadn't a clue it was uneven lies, and when i found out it was U.L I couldn't be bothered waste my time with it, wasn't what i thought i had signed up for, BUT As for figuring anything out, when i do bother playing an uneven lie ready go I've played 3, and came in tied 1st, 3rd place and 5th.  is that scores of some one who needs to FIGURE things out??  I might even enter the same 1 now to prove point even more

I might take notice if you actually entered one yourself, but all you do is seem to pass judgement from the sidelines.  Easy that isn't it

(wahay, just made it, i was 50th entrant. And I even withdrew without hitting a ball on 1st hole, just for fun & just because I CAN.  why dont you enter one yourself instead of having a go at ones who do)

Maybe if you tried to play the shot to a recovery location instead of trying to make a heroic shot it would be different.

This where course management comes into play. You  lay up and go for par.

The result in some lies seem to be exaggerated more than in others, especially on final holes of some courses. I guess they made it so people don't just freak out and withdraw from tournaments or quit the game in the first holes, thus, making them play longer and if they are going to lose a ball... I simply notice that  from fairways, dots moving slowly, the ball can lose distance in some and in others go full distance. The end result is a guessing game in most. The say they tweaked it, but I just see it playing the same way. Shots from bad lies can go straight in one and lose distance and in others go way left/right and adding 20 yds your shot only goes 5... I remember a wedge shot aimed like 20 yds right with left wind from fairway going other 20 yds left of hole... If that were so in real life clubs would be a lot different, or golfers wouldn't exist.

yep, some lies are just too stupid with uneven lies. That almost never happens in real golf and when it does, one can drop (1 penalty stroke) the ball on a better lie.
