    is there a way to reset the handicap it seems like they should have a handicap system so once you figure the game out

    A handicap would do you no good at your level. The first thing is to learn to play this game before trying to compete with players that have been here for thousands for hours and games. Go join PGA and see if you can get into their tournaments with an average of 105 or so.

    If you mean your average then it resets at every tier change.
