Putting- Does anyone else hate this on WGT?

  EZY Swing is a good point......They (again IMHO) absolute CRAP! YOU CAN'T learn with them.  Also teh point about people getting to Master Tier with the Starters is very valid.  The Pro Shop in some ways is like any other toy shop...easy to get intoxicated and buy more than you really need..........Better equipment will help though especially as your skill level increases.  How far you need to go with equipment..........................only one person can decide that of course :))

  Don't hate WGT, but I do hate putting! It's nerve racking!!!!!!!!  LOL

  i love putting when i know the speed of the greens reflects the advertised speed. otherwise its hard to putt when you are told one thing and another thing is programmed in.

  The main reason I love and am addicted to this game is because the 'putting' is so realistic. Just think, many great proffesional golfers have retired because they forgot how to put (Ben Hogan is probably best example) . If you look at stats, Tiger woods wasn't best because he hit the ball longer or straighter, he was the best because his putting was so consistant.  Hit two great shots on the 18th, 5', away, with a chance of a top score.... makes yhou experience what its really like! (and I always miss!)

  u dont have many games played practice more if it was that easy everyone would be perfect at it n wouldnt be as fun

  Go to the forum pages and game tips, look up Nivlac ans Stonecold killers threads regarding putting, it might take a bit of reading to absorb what their explaning, took me a while, still have my days when the hole seems as big as a bucket and other days when nothing drops.

  Also Golds putting formula, l think will explain a bit in detail about putt breaks?

  Great idea from the OP.

  Can we switch off wind, fill ditches and bunkers with inflatable bumpers,have floating balls and a fescue rescue club please.
