    WGTicon:

    I am here:)

Reading, in case you guys think I forgot. It's stickied for me!

Icon...you have a thankless job...you listen, and take all the bashing about the entire site for the most part....and for that, kudos for hanging in there.  We are aware that you don't do programming, and course creation, and new clubs/products, and set tiers/levels, deliver prizes, set prices, etc....and, I know you must get tired of hearing from all of us all the time....that being said, don't those you report to (and not in the supervisory sense) understand that a little communication and response to suggestions goes a long way towards satisfying customers (you know...the people who spend money here).  I would like to ask you point blank-------what do "they" say when you relay the common sentiments of the forum masses?

and THAT, sportsfans, is all i'd like to know ..

credible suggestions offered, followed by something more concrete than "it was forwarded to the team" .. appreciate your involvement Icon, i do .. but i think a lot of the frustration has to do with a lack of direct response from those who discuss & determine the products & features map going forward .. regular feedback / updates, whether negative or positive, would stand WGT in good stead as apposed to the negative perception the lack thereof is causing .. perception being the reason top level players are leaving by the bucket load.

Guys, At the risk of being completely shot here

"I can guarantee you that I reported everything here to everyone on the team."

I would love to know what the brass say if Icon ever gets up em and says as much as he can, in a meeting, this is bull crap we need to do something.  I am assuming he does, and that's guessing I know. However, he has said the team is looking at it, and I simply do not think we will get more or should expect more.  Ford motor Company ain't gonna be telling us about internal deliberation's more than he has already offered IMO! Now if the team don't at least do something by way of explanation I am the first to say that is pi$$ poor IMO.

We all agree nothing is personal to the mods doing a tough job.  Also no offense to anyone but at this juncture I think the bloke has done what he can that's all. My reason for stating this is to try and stay focused on on what we can achieve, with all the above in mind. My view!

as funny as this whole communication debacle is, it's all the more confusing ..

and the perception it creates ..

WGT, you can & should do more ..

what will you say when you start to face some competition ?

so i'll once more state my question ....................
