  Whew, had a feeling you may come to my rescue :)

  I was based in NY - upstate for 6 months and was indocronized into the Yankees way of thinking lol - realised pretty quickly during the Red Sox game in Boston how much they were revered outside of NY LOL

  Yankees have to be the most hated team in sports and the most loved. Personally hate them but, respect all the legends who have worn the pinstripes. Mainly The Babe.

  WGTdbloshoe......    Long name to write for me ......:)  to your first question My Favorite was  the EXPO  of Montreal            the year ML baseball went on strike i think they had a good chance to win it all.                  To the secound question  at home my dad and i  would go to the park   and  pitch a baseball  for a long time  (i was a kid of 10)  and he would tell me about the Babe  , Rollie Finger ,and other Joe D ect ,that is how i love baseball today and most sports :)       TY  Mr WGTdb  for this Thread :)  Frapp
